   Adolf Hitler (April 20, 1889 - April 30, 1945) was a war veteran, intellectual, painter and the leader of Nazi Germany and leader of the Nazi Party. From 1933 to 1945 he was also Chancellor of Germany, head of government, and from 1934 also head of state. Hitler is an important leader in world history. The military-industrial complex he made helped Germany get out of the economic problems after World War I. At one time, Hitler's government conquered much of Europe. His goverment was made responsible for the deportation and murder of millions of people, considered unwanted by the government. Some of these events are called The Holocaust. Adolf Hitler committed suicide (killed himself) in Berlin. Some people say he committed suicide with both a gun and poison. He did this a few days before his army was defeated by the Allies in 1945...
